Director of Operations/Minister of Operations
Hope Evangelical Covenant Church, a vibrantly growing congregation of approximately 700 people, is seeking a Director of Operations/Minister of Operations to help us pursue our mission, vision, and values. Hope, located in an owned facility in the Grand Cities Mall, is a congregation driven by our love for God and for others. The Director of Operations/ Minister of Operations will be part of a staff team of nine full- and part-time ministry and administratove staff.
The Director of Operations/ Minister of Operations will be responsible for managing the office, scheduling and calendars, personnel, properties and financial management. This individual will work closely with the Lead Pastor to ensure clarity of vision and overall planning for the operations of Hope.
